- All products marked with a symbol * even if they are listed among the affected products – these units have been analyzed and their use is safe.
- All products manufactured and delivered after 1. 1. 2026.

How to proceed with the recall?
EU customers:
First check whether the recall applies to your product. Find the batch number on the carabiner (on the spine). If it matches the affected batches, continue.
Fill in the Recall Form and include your contact details (address, phone, e-mail). Attach the printed and completed form to the product.
Choose a return method:
- You can use a local dealer – hand over the product and the printed Recall Form to your nearest authorized Ocún dealer. The dealer will take care of the next steps.
- Or you can send the product directly – securely pack it, include the completed Recall Form and send it to: RP Climbing s.r.o., Hrnčířská 1557, 295 01 Mnichovo Hradiště, Czech Republic.
- Customers from Germany may use the address Mailboxde.com GmbH, Name / Customer ID, Äußere Weberstr. 90, 02763 Zittau, Germany.
- Customers in the EU can also use the new DHL return service and follow the detailed instructions for creating and submitting the shipment via the DHL application.
USA and Canada:
Fill in the Recall Form PDF directly in your browser and download it.
Send the completed form to recall@ocun.com.
Our team will then contact you with specific shipping labels or instructions for sending.
Rest of the world:
Fill in the Recall Form with your contact details.
Hand over the product and the form to your nearest authorized dealer.
The dealer will arrange the product inspection and provide either a replacement or a refund based on expert assessment.
